If you have had success in converting a customer, they probably do not want to see the exact same ad appear in their feed multiple times. One way to avoid this is by excluding people who have purchased with you in the last month or have taken the relevant campaign action.  By doing this, your ads will reach new audiences who will in turn hopefully convert to paying customers. 

 

4. Using the same ad types and not experimenting
